ESRTs first CSDP mission breakfast briefing in 2014 was held against the background of the recent Council of the European Union meeting in December 2013 where the issue of Defence was discussed for the first time since 2008. During the meeting, MEP Pascu, and the Director of the EUMS, Lt.Gen. Wosolsobe discussed the outcomes of the summit and its implications for CSDP.
