On 25 October, the eSRT organised a one-day workshop in Vilnius in cooperation with the Lithuanian Presidency, ENISA, DIGITALEUROPE, InfoBalt and Microsoft.
The workshop permitted to discuss the importance of regulating EU cyber security with relevant decision-makers as well as the the current shift in security towards the concept of “prevent, detect, respond and recover”.
It pointed out the need for having strong public-private partnerships in this area and for charting a path for meaningful national cyber security strategies.
